When a new Haines Hunter leaves the factory, we know what it can do. It’s proven it can take anything the family man or fishing enthusiast can dish out. Every Haines Hunter has been ocean tested in the worst conditions and has built reserves of seaworthiness and safety far beyond the average.
So whether you are buying your first boat or your fifth, it is vitally important to choose the right boat for your family’s future safety and happiness, not to mention financial security.
Numerous awards for manufacturing and product excellence confirm it, with several national ‘Boat of the Year’, ‘Business Growth’ and ‘Business Excellence’ awards. Haines Hunter was inducted into the ‘Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame’ in 2006, in recognition of the company’s vision and success in continuous improvement in its manufacturing and environmental practices.
Owning a Haines Hunter, you benefit from our reputation for producing the softest riding, most seaworthy boats in Australia, with a resale value second to none.
Haines Hunter have perfected the process of world class boat construction to deliver to you the ultimate laminate layup process. The preparation begins with a mould that has been polished to a mirror finish, then a layer of the industry's most advanced ultra high UV resistant gelcoat made specifically to our own formula is applied. The Vinylester resin is then sprayed in weights with roving to ensure consistency and hand rolled to give you the smoothest, flattest finish possible.
The pre-cut woven roving is added to the schedule and hand rolled, overlapping the keel 4 times to give you the maximum weight and strength where it really matters. With a layer of Divinycell along each side of the boat and our matrix stringer system completely encased in fibreglass, you can be sure that your boat is supported by the strength of over 50 years experience for unparalleled strength and reliability in marine craft design.
