Well it’s the start of winter and as the water temp has dropped, the snapper have re-entered the port.
If you’re willing to put in the time you will sound these fish up, combined with a rising barometer they are more than willing to feed.
Friends of mine have taken advantage as have I – during this week’s guide, they were of a good size too, averaging 4-7kg with one fish tipping 9kg.
The great thing is, the reports are coming from all around the port, so it seems there are a good amount of fish here at the moment.
